ToolsChain Breakers
A chain breaker pushes the rivet out of a drive link so you can split or shorten a chain. You'll need one when fitting a fresh chain, sizing it to your sprockets, or pulling a damaged link trackside. Look for a hardened drive pin, a solid frame, and a body that matches your chain pitch — 520, 428, whatever you're running. Keep the pin square to the link or you'll bend it. Filter below by pitch and chain compatibility.
