Engine Oils

Oil keeps the bore, piston, rings and bearings alive. Run it past its service interval and you cook the lot. Match the viscosity and the spec sheet to what your engine actually wants, not what was on the shelf. A proper race oil holds shear strength when the head temp climbs. Check the level cold, before every session. Fresh oil shifts cleaner and stops the clutch from dragging. Filter by your bike to pull the right grade.
