Wiring Harnesses

The loom is your bike's nervous system. You fit a new one when corrosion creeps into the connectors, or after a crash splits the insulation. Electrical gremlins usually trace back to brittle wires or slack pins in the main harness. A clean loom matters for any rebuild or ground-up resto. Check the connectors are solid and the sheathing handles engine heat and pressure-washing. Route it carefully — frame rub or chafe against the triple clamps will kill it. Filter by year and model to match your bike. Pack the pins with dielectric grease before you button it up.
