MAICO SE 250 LC

The SE 250 LC runs a liquid-cooled two-stroke top-end that asks for honest maintenance, not heroics. Watch compression and ring seal — fresh piston, ring, and small-end bearing on schedule keeps the power valve responding cleanly off the bottom. Heat-cycle the cooling system hard, so check water pump seals, impeller shaft, and radiator hoses at every top-end. Spokes work loose on a torquey 250 two-stroke.
