Front hub bearings take constant abuse from landings and lateral loads. UK tracks chuck water and grit at the seals; once grease is contaminated, the rollers pit and the hub develops play you can feel through the bars on braking. This kit is a direct OEM replacement for classic Honda CR 2-stroke front hubs. Clean the hub bore before pressing the new bearings in. Use a proper bearing driver on the outer race only — side-loading the inner race kills a bearing before it sees a lap. Seat the dust seals flush to keep the next wash out of the grease.
