Rear hub bearings take torque, chain slop and direct hits from roost. Pressure washers and creek crossings push water past the seals; once the grease is gone, the races pit and the wheel develops play. Factory Links supplies the bearings, seals and spacers sized to OEM for the KX125, KX250 and KX500. Press them in square and seat fully against the internal spacer or they'll spin in the hub and chew the alloy. Check the spacer for scoring while it's apart; a grooved spacer kills new seals in a weekend.
