What it is

Hub internals that let the wheel spin true on the axle. Mud, sand, jet-wash water — that's what kills them. Seals give up, grit gets into the races, and you end up with lateral play or a notchy feel through the bars. This kit drops in the replacement bearings and seals to bring the wheel back to dead-square. Fitting note: never tap the inner race in. Drive on the outer race with a proper bearing driver or a socket sized to the outer diameter. Clean the hub bore and smear a light film of grease before pressing the new ones home.
