What it is

The POLISPORT IGNITION CVR EXC-F450 GRY, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The ignition cover carries the stator and sits proud on the left case, right in the firing line of boots, roost and trail debris. A cracked OEM cover means a stripped engine and a stator out in the weather. This Polisport guard bolts over the existing cover holes and takes the hit first. Fits the four-stroke KTM EXC-F 450 and 500, the XCF-W 450, and Husqvarna FE 450, FE 501 and 501 S. Grey shell. Clean the case before fitting so grit does not sit trapped against the alloy.
