This pin secures your pads within the front caliper housing. Constant exposure to mud and heat causes standard pins to pit and corrode. A rough pin surface leads to uneven pad wear and dragging brakes. This titanium version provides a smooth, hard-wearing surface for the pads to slide on. It resists the harsh conditions of UK enduro and MX tracks. Install this during a caliper rebuild to improve lever feel and braking consistency. It is a direct replacement for the factory hardware.
