Steel pinch bolts corrode and round off after a few bar-angle tweaks, especially on a track bike that gets stripped and reset often. Titanium drops the weight and shrugs off the weather. Fitment spans the Honda CRF and CBF lines, Kawasaki ER-6, Suzuki DR-Z and the Yamaha range, so cross-check thread pitch and length against the bolts you are pulling. Run a medium-strength threadlocker on reassembly and torque to your clamp spec.
