This carbon end cap is designed for the Ti-5 and Ti-6 silencer series. It sits at the rear of the exhaust system and protects the internal core while directing gases away from the bodywork. Carbon caps often need replacing after heavy impacts or if excessive heat from old packing causes the resin to degrade. Measure your canister diameter to confirm fitment before starting the install. You will need to remove the existing rivets to swap the parts. Use a reliable sealant to ensure the joint remains gas-tight under high pressure.
