ProX cut this clutch cable to the original Kawasaki spec for the KDX 250, KX 250 and KX 500 E. The cable carries your lever pull to the release arm, and once grit gets past the seals the inner wire frays and the pull goes heavy. Route it the way the old one ran so it doesn't catch at full lock, and keep the outer away from the header where heat softens the sleeve. Set the free play at the perch. Too little and the plates drag and burn. Plug-in length, no trimming needed.
