This clutch cable fits the 2019-2023 YZ85 in both LW and SW guise, linking the perch to the release arm. Two-stroke 85s get the clutch feathered hard through corners and off the gate, which stretches the inner wire and dulls the bite point quickly. A fresh one restores the consistent, light pull a young racer needs to keep shifts clean late in a moto. Route it clear of moving parts and engine heat, and run a little cable lube down the inner to keep the feel smooth across the season.
