§ 02 / About this part
What it is
ProX replacement clutch cover gasket to fit the Honda CR80R, model years 1985–1995, and Honda CR85R, model years 2003–2007.
Every time you pull the clutch cover to inspect plates or swap the basket, you need a new gasket. Reusing an old, compressed seal often leads to oil weeping onto your boots or the track. This part sits between the outer cover and the crankcase, maintaining the oil bath for your clutch assembly. Ensure the casing surfaces are free of old debris before fitting. It is a direct OEM cross-reference part designed for a perfect match with your bike. Keep a spare in your toolbox for trackside repairs. Correct torque on the cover bolts prevents warping and ensures a leak-free seal.
