A clutch master cylinder rebuild kit for KTM's broader hydraulic-clutch lineup, from the EXC 200 to 380 two-strokes and SX 125 to 380, out to the LC4 640, SMC 690, Enduro 690 R, Adventure 990 and Supermoto 990. The piston, spring and seal cups sit in the bar-end cylinder. Tired cups let pressure escape, so the lever pulls in without disengaging the plates and the clutch drags. Fresh internals restore the seal and a clean engagement point. Inspect the bore before assembly, lubricate the seals as they go in, and match the fluid grade marked on the reservoir cap.
