What it is

The PROX CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The seals inside a hydraulic clutch master cylinder are a wear item. As the rubber cups harden and weep, the lever creeps toward the bar and the plates stop fully disengaging. This kit drops the piston, return spring and seals back into the bore to put bite and feel back where they belong. Fits the GasGas EC, KTM SX/EXC and Husqvarna TC/TE/FE range listed for this part, plus the older Husaberg FE. Hone or measure the bore first; a scored cylinder kills new seals fast. Bleed with the fluid grade marked on your reservoir cap.
