When the lever goes long and the bike creeps in gear, the master cylinder seals are usually spent. This kit replaces the piston, return spring and rubber cups inside the cylinder bore to restore a sharp, repeatable pull. Suits the KTM SX, SX-F and EXC, the GasGas EX and MC, and the Husqvarna FC and TC models listed here, including the 250/300 TPI two-strokes. Measure the bore before fitting; scoring will tear fresh seals on the first stroke. Refill with the exact fluid grade on your reservoir cap and bleed the system properly afterward.
