ProX complete clutch plate set to fit Kawasaki KX 80 17/14 (1998–2000); Kawasaki KX 80 19/16 (1998–2000); Kawasaki KX 85 17/14 (2001–2006); Kawasaki KX 85 I 17/14 (2007–2025); Kawasaki KX 85 II 19/16 (2007–2025); Kawasaki KX100 (1998–2019); Kawasaki KX112 (2022–2025).

This set restores drive by replacing worn friction plates, steels, and springs. Over time, heat cycles warp the steel plates and friction material thins, leading to clutch slip under load. These components sit within the clutch basket and are essential for crisp power delivery. This kit matches OEM specifications for a direct drop-in fitment. Always soak your new friction plates in fresh oil for at least two hours before installation to prevent premature burning. Check your clutch basket for grooving while the casing is off. If the basket is notched, new plates will still drag.
