Over time, heat cycles cause standard springs to sack out, reducing pressure and causing the plates to slip. Replacing these during a clutch service restores a firm lever feel and ensures maximum torque transfer to the rear wheel. This kit is a direct cross-reference for the OEM components on your KTM. Ensure you tighten the clutch bolts in a criss-cross pattern to the correct torque setting to avoid snapping the pressure plate pillars.
