The countershaft seal is a high-stress component on your KX250. It sits behind the drive sprocket and is constantly pelted with chain lube and grit. This kit includes the seal, O-ring, and spacer needed to stop gearbox oil from leaking down the cases. Leaks here are often caused by a worn spacer or excessive chain tension. This kit is a direct replacement for the OEM assembly. Clean the output shaft area thoroughly before installation. A fresh seal ensures your gearbox remains lubricated during high-intensity MX or enduro sessions. Replace this whenever you see oil misting.
