The PROX COUNTERSHAFT SEAL KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The countershaft seal sits behind your front sprocket to keep gearbox oil inside the casing. Grit and chain tension eventually wear down the spacer or perish the rubber seal. This kit includes the necessary O-ring and bush to restore a tight seal on the output shaft. Leaks here can quickly contaminate your rear tyre or lead to oil starvation. It is a model-specific fitment designed to match OEM tolerances. Clean the shaft area thoroughly before installation to avoid damaging the new rubber. This is a vital replacement for bikes used in heavy mud.
