The PROX CRANKSHAFT OIL SEALS KIT, gaskets & seals. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

These seals sit at both ends of the crankshaft to isolate the bottom end. They are critical for maintaining primary compression on 2-strokes and preventing oil migration on 4-strokes. Worn seals allow air leaks that cause erratic idling or lean seizures. Replace these during any full engine rebuild or if you notice oil fouling the ignition stator. The kit includes the drive-side and flywheel-side seals. Ensure the crank journals are smooth and free of burrs before installation. Use a dedicated seal driver for a flush fitment against the cases.
