This exhaust valve is a direct replacement for worn factory components in your top-end. Steel construction offers increased durability and longer service intervals compared to titanium alternatives. It is ideal for enduro or trail use where longevity is the priority. Replace your valves if the face shows signs of cupping or if the shim sizes are getting thin. Always lap steel valves into the seat to ensure a gas-tight seal. Check your valve springs and guides for wear while the head is disassembled to ensure a complete rebuild.
