The PROX PISTON KIT ALUMINUM 53.96MM B, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A 53.96mm B-grade piston kit for the KX 125, supplied with rings, gudgeon pin and circlips. Grade sizing is the point here: plated bores wear slowly rather than failing outright, and the B step lets you restore proper piston-to-wall clearance without a replate. Measure the barrel first; if it gauges tighter, the A grade is the right call. A 125 rewards a fresh top end with crisper pick-up off the bottom and cleaner over-rev. Fit the piston with the crown arrow towards the exhaust and check ring end gap before it goes together.
