This top-end kit is designed for 250cc 2-stroke engines. It sits in the cylinder bore and maintains the seal required for compression. Regular piston changes are essential to prevent skirt failure and bore damage. This kit is a direct replacement for the factory unit. Check your cylinder for wear and measure the bore diameter before ordering. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Ensure the piston rings are oriented correctly and the end gap is within spec. Lubricate the gudgeon pin and small-end bearing during assembly.
