Two-stroke cooling systems rely on a functional pump to prevent seizure. This kit replaces the worn seals and bearings within the side case assembly. Silt and heat eventually perish the rubber, leading to leaks or bearing failure. When you have the pump apart, check the impeller shaft for any grooving. If the shaft is worn, the new seals will not provide a lasting fix. These parts are manufactured to OEM tolerances for a precise fit. Ensure the housing is free of debris before reassembly to maintain optimal coolant flow and pressure.
