What it is

Tapered rollers in the head tube. They take the hit every time your front wheel slams a rut or you case a jump, and water gets past tired seals in a winter enduro. Symptom is a notch at dead-ahead when you turn the bars on the stand. Kit covers upper and lower bearings plus dust seals for the older Husaberg FE/FS four-strokes, pre-2014 Husky TE/TC and the CR/WR two-strokes. Pack the races with waterproof grease before pressing. Torque the stem nut to spec, then bounce-test for free play.
