This titanium exhaust valve fits the 2020 onwards KX250F. It sits in the cylinder head and is designed to withstand the high temperatures and speeds of the exhaust cycle. The lightweight titanium material reduces the load on the valve springs and cam. These valves are high-performance parts with a specific service life. Replace them when the shim sizes indicate the valve is receding. Avoid lapping these valves to preserve the factory coating. It is a model-specific part for a precise top-end refresh.
