The 43x47x15 dimensions tell you everything: 43mm inner bore over the fork tube, 47mm outer face against the stanchion, 15mm tall. A guide bush carries the side load as the fork strokes. The teflon-impregnated coating is sacrificial — it wears thin, the steel backing starts contacting the chrome, and stiction climbs sharply. Drop in a fresh pair every time you split the legs for a seal change. Cheap part, easy fit with the right bush driver, and it keeps the chrome unscored. Showa spec across a broad range of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha forks running the 43mm leg, including the CRF 250 L and XR-series duals.
