Showa internal cartridge O-ring sized 39.5 x 43.5 x 2mm. Lives inside the fork cartridge, not at the dust-wiper end, so don't confuse it with a fork seal even though the parts bin says so. It seats against the cartridge body and keeps oil where it belongs while the damping rod strokes. Fits the listed CRF250R, KX250F and RM-Z450 forks. If you're stripping the cartridge for a rebuild, change this ring while you're in there. It's pennies, and a tired O-ring nips your damping the same week you fit fresh oil. Clean groove, light smear of fork oil, drop it in square.
