Internal cartridge packing for your Showa fork, 14 by 24.5 by 6mm. Sits inside the cartridge itself, not at the dust-seal end, so you only see this part with the fork stripped on the bench. Bit chunkier than the 14/22/4.8 sibling because the cartridge bore it rides in is wider. Fits the CRF250R, KX450F and RM-Z450 generations that run this Showa internal. Replace it when you're doing a full rebuild or chasing a damping fault you've traced past the main seals. Cheap part, painful job if you skip it and have to pull the legs again. Order with your seal kit, fit once, done.
