The SHOWA SERVICE KIT FF 49MM, suspension. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Full seal-and-bush refresh for Showa 49mm twin-chamber forks. Fits the CRF250R, CRF450R, CRF450X and the KX450 / KX450F front end. Inside the kit: oil seals, dust seals, slide bushes and guide bushes — the wear parts that turn a tight front end into a leaky, sticky one over a season of moto. Drop these in with fresh fork oil whenever stiction creeps into the first inch of stroke, or as soon as a seal weeps onto the stanchion. Check the stanchion for stone nicks before reassembly; one burr ruins a new seal in a lap.
