What it is

The seal kit for the oil cooler circuit on the 250 to 501 four-stroke KTM and Husqvarna platforms. These O-rings live at the joints between the cooler, the hoses and the casing. Heat cycles harden the old rubber until it weeps or loses pressure, so renew the whole set rather than chasing one leak. The natural job for it is a top-end rebuild or any time the cooling system comes apart. Wipe every mating face clean before you fit them. Cheap insurance against oil on the swingarm and a starved top end.
