What it is

The TWIN AIR OIL FILTER, oil filters. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This component sits inside the lower engine casing to trap contaminants before they reach the top-end. It replaces OEM part numbers 770.38.005.000 and 770.38.005.044. Change this every time you drop the oil to prevent swarf from scoring the bore or damaging the crank. Modern four-stroke engines rely on high oil pressure and clean flow to survive race conditions. Ensure the sealing O-ring is seated correctly in the housing during your service. It is a direct fit for the specified bike models. Keep your service intervals tight to maintain engine longevity.
