What it is

Twin Air machines this cap from billet aluminium rather than casting it, so it takes the over-tightening and rock strikes that crack a stock cover. The finned face sheds a little extra heat from the oil circuit. Fitment spans the KTM and Husqvarna four-stroke families: EXC-F 250 to 500, FC, FE and FX, plus the SMR and FS supermoto engines. Fit a fresh O-ring, nip it to torque and check for weeps after the first run.
