First line of defence on the radiator face. The 300x200mm sheet trims down to fit either side of most MX louvres and stops roost, stones and clay packing into the fin pack before it can choke airflow. Cable-tie it tight to the shroud frame or zip it through existing louvre holes. Fine enough to catch debris, open enough that the core still sheds heat at idle on the grid. Standard winter kit for British sand and clay rounds. Bin it once the weave frays or clogs solid; a knackered gauze costs more than a new one when the head gasket lets go.
