These crank seals are critical for maintaining primary compression and preventing air leaks in your bottom end. They sit on either side of the crankshaft to seal the crankcase. Worn seals can lead to lean running conditions or oil contamination of the combustion chamber. Replace these during any full engine teardown or if you notice erratic idling. The kit includes high-grade seals designed to withstand high RPM and heat. Proper installation is vital. Ensure the seal lips are lubricated and seated squarely in the cases to avoid damage.
