This B-size kit is the standard choice for a first or second top-end refresh. It compensates for the minor wear found in a seasoned cylinder bore. Sitting at the centre of your engine, this part restores the seal required for peak torque. Neglecting piston service intervals leads to increased vibration and potential skirt failure. Ensure the cylinder is deglazed before fitting to help the new rings seat correctly. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Always verify the ring gap against your workshop manual specifications.
