What it is

Vertex piston kit Ø54.00 D to fit Gas Gas MC125 (2021–2027); Husqvarna TC125 (2014–2027); Husqvarna TE125 (2014–2016); Husqvarna TX125 (2017–2019); KTM EXC125 (2001–2016); KTM SX125 (2001–2024); KTM XC-W125 (2017–2019).

This D-size kit is intended for cylinders with significant hours where the bore has worn towards the upper limit of its tolerance. It restores the necessary tight fit within the top-end to prevent blow-by and power loss. Regular piston changes are the most effective way to avoid expensive cylinder replating or replacement. Before fitting, confirm your bore diameter with a dial bore gauge. Ensure the circlips are seated with the gap facing either up or down. This kit includes all necessary rings, the gudgeon pin, and circlips for a full rebuild.
