Vertex piston kit Ø66.40 D to fit the Honda CR250R, model years 1995–1996.

This kit restores compression. It improves engine response. It sits inside your cylinder bore. Regular service intervals prevent skirt fatigue and catastrophic failure. The lettered sizing allows for precise clearance as your cylinder bore wears over time. Measure your bore with a micrometer to confirm the correct fitment for your bike. The kit includes the rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Check your ring gap during the rebuild. Ensure circlips are fully seated. Note the arrow orientation toward the exhaust port. Lubricate the small-end bearing and cylinder wall before your first heat cycle.
