Vertex piston kit Ø66.40 D to fit Gas Gas EC250 (2002–2014, 2018–2019); Rieju MR250 (2021); TM Racing CROSS250 (1995–1999); TM Racing ENDURO 250 2T (1995–1999).

This component is the primary moving part within your engine's top-end. It needs replacing when the compression drops or when you reach the hour limit specified for your bike. Choosing the correct size increment is essential for maintaining the proper piston-to-wall clearance. This kit includes the rings, wrist pin, and circlips required for a standard service. During the install, lubricate the small-end bearing and the cylinder walls with fresh two-stroke oil. Double-check that the circlips are fully seated in their grooves before sliding the cylinder back over the assembly to prevent a failure.
