What it is

Vertex piston kit Ø66.40 D to fit the Honda CR250R, model years 1986–1994.

This D-size piston is the largest increment for your engine rebuild. It is used when the cylinder bore has reached its wear limit before requiring a replate. Replacing the piston restores the seal and maintains engine power. Accurate bore measurement is vital before choosing a D-size. Check the ring end gap within the cylinder before assembly. Ensure the circlips are snapped firmly into place. This kit includes the rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips for a full overhaul.
