This top-end kit replaces OEM part 13001-0040. It sits in the cylinder bore of your small-bore engine. These pistons require regular replacement due to high RPM usage in racing conditions. This is a size 'B' piston, intended for cylinders that have seen moderate use. Measure your bore carefully to confirm the required clearance. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Check the ring end gap and ensure the circlips are seated correctly in their grooves. Lubricate all components with 2-stroke oil during the rebuild process.
