This top-end kit replaces OEM part 12100-03860. It sits in the cylinder bore of your 85cc engine. High-revving small-bore bikes require frequent piston changes to maintain performance and reliability. This is a size 'B' piston, suitable for cylinders with minor wear. Measure your bore accurately to ensure the correct piston-to-wall clearance. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Check the ring end gap before fitting. Ensure the circlips are fully seated in the piston grooves to prevent catastrophic engine failure.
