This top-end kit replaces OEM part 54830007300. It sits in the cylinder bore of your 250cc 2-stroke. Piston wear is a standard service item. Replace this to restore compression and prevent skirt fatigue. This is a size 'A' piston, designed for new or replated cylinders. Confirm your bore size with a micrometer to ensure the correct clearance. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Always check the ring end gap in the bore before fitting the piston. Proper heat cycles are required after the first start.
