This D-size kit is the final step for worn cylinders before a replate or sleeve is required. It provides the tightest fitment for bores at the upper limit of their service life. Maintaining correct piston-to-wall clearance is vital for preventing piston slap and maintaining power. This kit contains the piston, rings, pin, and circlips. Measure your bore at multiple points to ensure it remains round. During the rebuild, check your small-end bearing for any play. Follow the manufacturer's torque settings for the cylinder head bolts to avoid distorting the bore.
