This kit simplifies your top-end rebuild by bundling the piston assembly with a complete top-end gasket set. It is a critical service item for your EXC when hours climb and compression starts to dip. The gaskets ensure a reliable seal for the water jacket and combustion chamber. Replacing the piston and gaskets together prevents the common mistake of reusing old seals which leads to coolant leaks.
