The DL12 200 sits in the sweet spot for trials riders moving up from clubman class. Fuel injection means a tired battery or chafed loom will leave you stalled mid-section, so keep both honest. Pull the linkage and swingarm bearings every few rounds and check for play. Dry bearings kill the back end's feel fast.
