Manchester Northern is one of the long-running AMCA clubs in the North West, with a championship rotated across Cumbria Moto Park near Brampton and Leisure Lakes near Mere Brow. Two contrasting circuits — Cumbria runs deep loam through Lakeland weather, Leisure Lakes is harder-packed and faster on sandy West Lancashire ground.
Membership covers adult MX and a developed youth ladder (Auto/65/85). Race entries open through the club Facebook group; AMCA licence requirements are signposted there each season.
The North West catalogue mix leans heavy on suspension consumables — Cumbria’s loam eats fork seals — and on chain and sprocket sets between the wet-weather wash cycles.
