Athena clutch cover gasket to fit Yamaha DT125R (1993–1994); Yamaha DT200R (1988–1992); Yamaha TDR125 (1989–1990, 1992–1995); Yamaha TZR125R (1994–1995); Yamaha WR200R (1993).

This seal is required for the right-side engine cover, sitting between the clutch assembly and the outer casing. It prevents oil from escaping the gearbox, which is vital for both lubrication and cooling. Replace this part during any clutch maintenance or if you notice oil residue around the casing seam. It corresponds to OEM cross-references 3BN1545100, 3BN1545110, 3NCE545100, and 3XP1545100. Clean the mating surfaces meticulously to ensure a leak-free fit. Avoid using excessive sealant which can squeeze into the engine. Tighten all bolts to the correct workshop manual torque settings.
